Struggling to generate leads, enquiries and clients from your podcast?
You’re not alone.
I know I struggled with my first co-hosted podcast in 2008. My co-host and I did everything right – or so we thought. Valuable content, a growing global audience, and solid relationships with key stakeholders in our industry who we had invited on the show as guests.
Despite all of these successes – no income.
Fast-forward ten years on and through trial and error – I’ve been able to create a framework and system that has enabled me to launch several podcasts that have not only enabled me to build brand awareness and influence in my field, each podcast has been able to generate leads, enquiries and ultimately clients.
I now use the same framework and system with my clients as we create their podcasts/podcast series to ensure they have a solid strategy in place that will enable them to monetize their podcast, from their very first show.
I’ve created a Podcasting With Purpose Self-Audit Checklist, which you can use to self-audit your current (or future) podcast to ensure you have the right foundation and pillars in place.
Access the Podcasting With Purpose Audit Checklist to review:
- Phase 1: Key Foundation: Your Podcast Profit Pipeline. Without clarity here, you’ll struggle to monetize your podcast.
- Phase 2: Crucial Elements: Measure yourself against the 7 key Pillars and see what you’re doing well, where the gaps are, and what you need to work on in order to produce a podcast that generates momentum for you and ultimately high-paying customers from the very first episode.
Remember, there’s no ONE fix, ONE tip, ONE strategy when it comes to creating a podcast that generates visibility, leads and enquiries. It’s a combination of things which sadly many Change Makers and businesses miss.
